We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return after identifying a defect.


 

Order Cancellation and Returns

We do not accept order cancellations after 24 hours of completing the purchase and payment on our website, even if the item has not been shipped yet.

This means that once you place an order on our website and complete the payment, you only have a 24-hour window to request a cancellation, regardless of whether the item has started shipping; after that time frame, your order cannot be canceled, even if the product has not yet been sent out.


Strict 24-hour window:
You must initiate a cancellation within 24 hours of completing your purchase.


No exceptions for unshipped items:
Even if the product hasn't started shipping, cancellations will not be accepted past the 24-hour period.

Ensure all information is correct before finalizing your purchase to avoid needing to cancel later.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return after identifying a defect, the item must be sent back in the original packaging along with the proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@ddpartssolution.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If you receive an item different from what you purchased, we will only accept the return if the packaging is sealed as originally sent.

We will not accept the return if the box is opened, even if the item received is different from the one purchased.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
