The KCD2-SLD-Ex1.1245 is a single-channel isolated barrier solenoid driver designed to safely control solenoids, LEDs, and audible alarms in hazardous environments. It delivers up to 45 mA at 12 V DC to field devices and is certified for SIL 3 functional safety, ensuring reliable performance in critical process automation applications.

It accepts either loop-powered or logic-level input signals, offers line fault transparency (LFT), and is immune to test pulses, making it ideal for advanced safety systems.
